Finally Im using Google Wave---- murthy.polymath@googlewave.com

From the past one month or so "Google wave" is one of those words which is frequently used by some of my friends..i first came across this
in Google news about 3 months back ... One should admit that this has
been a big success for Google...
After its release, initially 100000 members were invited by the google team....and from then people started putting up tag's and captions on various social networking sites like facebook and orkut.....yeah why not?? they should feel happy for that....Now this is some info on what this product actually is...
Google Wave is a product that helps users communicate and collaborate on the web. A "wave" is equal parts conversation and document, where users can almost instantly communicate and work together with richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more. Google Wave is also a platform with a rich set of open APIs that allow developers to embed waves in other web services and to build extensions that work inside waves.

I have heard that this is an open source product and is developed using JAVA...i want to explore this as soon as possible..but for now i have very few friends with a google wave account....sooner or later when i have enough number of people with a google wave account , i can find this more interesting...until then my wait continues...

Always let your boss have the first say

A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp.

They rub it and a Genie comes out.

The Genie says, 'I'll give each of you just one wish.'

'Me first! Me first!' says the admin clerk 'I want to be in the Bahamas , driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.'

Puff! She's gone.

'Me next! Me next!' says the sales rep. 'I want to be in Hawaii , relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.'

Puff! He's gone..

'OK, you're up,' the Genie says to the manager.
The manager says, 'I want those two back in the office after lunch'

Moral of the story:
Always let your boss have the first say.

Murthy - Now a Sun Certified JAVA Programmer

Sun Certified JAVA Programmer---I first heard about this tag from my mentor and one of my favourite teachers Raju sir, when i attended the java[Core] course in datapro....He said that it was a good certification exam to take ....I felt like taking the exam as soon as i heard him saying that....Java has been my favourite programming languages uptil now...and i loved working on the Java platform...I took the voucher for this examination and started working on java from the past 7 months or so....and im feeling really confident and good about my self when it comes to programming in java...
After many weeks of waiting i finally took my Sun certification exam on 8th november and yeah i cleared the exam with 93 percentile marks...Its easy to clear the exam as we have these set of dumps for each and every certification exam...But i felt really good about myself because i have done a considerable amount of work using the java platform and already completed doing 2 projects using the java platform...
Im planning to take the Microsoft certification next in hardware and networking which may take another 8 months of time.
